Dayoub — Kern
WEIRTON – Jaimie Dayoub and Bill Kern were united in marriage at 2 p.m. on Aug. 18 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Louisville, Ky. The Rev. David Colhour officiated.
The bride is the daughter of James and Joan Dayoub of Weirton. The groom is the son of Thomas “Rex” and Mary Agnes Kern of Charleston, W.Va.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. She wore a diamond white silk duchesse strapless gown with a beaded lace bodice and an ivory fingertip single tier view. She carried a bouquet of red roses, mini calla lillies, cymbidium orchids and dahlias.
Ashley Kuzma was the maid of honor, while Jacqueline Munoz was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Brianna Brancazio, cousin of the bride; Katie Kern, sister of the groom; and Ashley D’Amico; Cassandra Matthews; Beth Swords; Angela Zuk; Rachel White; and Rachel Hildebrand.
Travis McIntosh was the best man. Groomsmen were Jared Dayoub, brother of the bride; Aaron Burgess; Ryan Sienko; Justin Alanis; Steve Salwierak; Mike Roisum; Mike Schmuhl; Chris Harris; and Justin Lugar.
Lily Julian, cousin of the groom, was the flowergirl.
Jordan Brancazio, cousin of the bride, was the ringbearer.
A reception was held at the Henry Clay in Louisville. The couple honeymooned in Bali.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Weir High School. She received her master’s degree in physical therapy from West Virginia University in 2007. She is employed at Kort as a physical therapist.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Charleston Catholic High School, a 2005 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 2009 graduate of the WVU School of Medicine. He is an internal medicine and pediatrics resident at the University of Louisville.
The couple live in Louisville.
