Dight — Wiethe

WEIRTON – Jaclyn Ann Dight and Joshua Joseph Wiethe were united in marriage on April 11 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Upper Arlington with Monsignor Moloney officiating for the 2:30 p.m. nupitals.

The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dight of Weirton, was escorted to the altar by her father and given in marriage by her parents. Her slim-line gown featured crystals accenting the V-shaped neckline while beaded embroidery and shear illusion were combined to make an elegant covered back. She carried a bouquet of white and peach roses with blue orchids.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wiethe of Warwood, W.Va.

Jennifer Narducci of Lewis Center served as her sister’s matron of honor. Abby Cowher of Weirton served as her cousin’s maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Carrie Phipps of Westerville; Lauren Martin of Cleveland; Adrienne Wallace of Tulsa, Okla.; Cristina DeFraia of Cary, N.C.; and Angela DeFraia of Richmond, Va., all cousins of the bride. Marisa Wiethe of Alexandria, Va., sister of the groom, also served as a bridesmaid.

Flower girls were Giuliana Martin of Cleveland and Isabella and Amelia Phipps of Westerville, all cousins of the bride. Alex Martin of Cleveland, cousin of the bride, served as the ring bearer.

Derrick McKee of Wheeling and Josh McKee of Mobile, Ala., served as the best men. Groomsmen were Bill Narducci of Lewis Center, brother-in-law of the bride; Joey Cowher of Weirton, cousin of the bride; and Nick Polsinelli of Wheeling, cousin of the groom. Tom Hyun of Alexandria, Va.; Chris Panepucci of Columbus; Andrew Dailer of Charlotte, N.C.; and Jude Almeida of Dublin, Ohio, also were groomsmen.

A reception was held at the Columbus Athenaeum in Columbus.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Weir High School, a 2003 graduate of Ohio Northern University with a bachelor degree in biology and a 2005 graduate of Medical University of Toledo with a master of physician’s assistant degree. She is employed by Emergency Services Inc. at four Mount Carmel Hospitals in Columbus.

The groom is a 2003 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School, a 2008 graduate of West Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology and a 2010 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a doctorate of physical therapy. He is employed by Premise Health at the L-Brands Wellness Center in Columbus.
