Fristick — Berry
WHEELING – Olivia Fristick and Scott Berry were united in marriage on Oct. 10 at St. Michael Parish Church in Wheeling.
The bride is the daughter of David and Beth Fristick of Wheeling, former area residents. The groom is the son of Bob and Karen Berry of New Martinsville.
The bride’s grandmother, Bernie Carpico of Mingo Junction, served as the matron of honor. Joey Seabright served as best man.
Other members of the bridal party were Heather DeFranco and Reva Fristick, sisters of the bride; Kacie Berry, sister of the groom; Lauren Gioia; Joey Nicholas; Dustin DeFranco; Ben Bridgeman; and Zach Fox. The bride’s niece, Lucy DeFranco, and nephews, Rocco, Bruno and Dash DeFranco, served as flower girl and ring bearers, respectively.
A reception was held at the Mingo Junction Knights of Columbus Hall.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Wheeling Central High School and a 2012 graduate of West Liberty University. She is a third-grade teacher at Woodsdale Elementary School.
The groom is a 2008 graduate of Magnolia High School and a 2012 graduate of West Liberty University. He earned a master’s degree in sport management from West Virginia University and is employed at Williams Lea as a document specialist.
Following a honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico, the couple reside in Wheeling.
