Sanabria — Finton

McLEAN, Va. – Diva Catalina Sanabria and Morgan Edward Finton were united in marriage on April 9 at St. John the Beloved Catholic Church in McLean, Va. The Rev. Christopher Pollard officiated for the 2 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Augusto and Consuelo Sanabria of Arlington, Va.

The groom is the son of Douglas and Mary Hannah Finton of Weirton.

A reception followed at Shadow Creek Wedding Venue in Purcellville, Va.

Sarah Sanabria of McLean served as her sister’s maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Meghan Finton of Weirton, sister of the groom; Hannah Finton and Sarah Finton, both of State College, Pa., and cousins of the groom; Maria Teresa Garces Romero of Fontana, Calif., cousin-in-law of the bride; Katrin Schmidt of Cologne, Germany; Priscilla Moreno of Caracas, Venezuela; Lauren Sless of Alexandria, Va.; Kristen Cappelli of Minerva, Ohio; Danielle Gorder of Chicago; and Mary Anna McCabe of Washington, D.C.

Daniel Miller of New York City, N.Y., served as best man. Groomsmen included Drew Finton and Cole Finton, both of Meadville, Pa., and cousins of the groom; Milan Martich, Patrick Duke and Marc DeAngelo, all of Weirton; Sam Moritz of New York City; Michael Kilcoyne of Denver, Colo; Erik Giangregorio of Tampa, Fla.; Naveed Ismail of Pittsburgh; and Jack Power of Arlington, Va.

The ring bearers included Lucas Sanabria and Ruben Sanabria, both of Houston, Texas, and both nephews of the bride, and Daniel Howell of McLean, Va., nephew of the bride. The flower girls included Abby Green and Ella Green, both of Avon Lake, Ohio, and cousins of the groom; and Catherine Howell of McLean, Va., niece of the bride.

The bride is a graduate of McLean High School in McClean, Va. She graduated from American University in 2012 with a bachelor of arts degree in international relations. She is the vice president of Inter-American Group Inc., her family’s business, in Washington, D.C.

The groom is a graduate of Weir High School. He graduated from Allegheny College in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and graduated from John’s Hopkins University in 2014 with a master’s degree in public management. He is a software development project manager at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in Washington.

Following their wedding, the couple honeymooned in Medellin, Colombia, and Cartagena, Colombia.

The couple will reside in Arlington, Va.
