ACQUISITION: Altercare Integrated Health Services completed its agreement to acquire the operations of eight Ohio-based centers managed by Greystone Healthcare Management on June 1, with the addition of two remaining facilities in Cambridge and Coshocton.
The previous center locations include those in Adena, Newark, Somerset, Thornville and Zanesville, which onboarded Feb. 1. The completed acquisition provides an additional 541 licensed beds for Altercare.
The Schroer family founded Altercare in Northeast Ohio in 1973.
