Arrested: Damon S. Wukeson, 46, Bridgeport, possession of drug paraphernalia, Tuesday.

Shots fire: Report of shots fired around 12:33 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of South Fifth Street. Officers reported finding 13 spent shell casings.

Arrested: Kari Vigliotti, 34, 1132 county Road 26, Wintersville, petit theft warrant, possession of hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia, Wednesday.
