Four Seasons holds meeting

WEIRTON – The Four Seasons Senior Citizens Association met Jan. 16 at the Serbian-American Cultural Center, with President Norma Yoho presiding.

Chaplain Mary Rose Spano gave the invocation, followed by members reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and singing “God Bless America.”

After dinner, Rick and Teresa Taylor entertained.

The secretary’s and treasurer’s reports were given.

Reservations Chair Jose Cerinovich reported 91 reservations and 161 members.

Members recognized January birthdays of Thelma Bronson, Chris Gillette Jr., Frances Oliver and Tom Maxwell and the anniversaries of Dino and Pat Rossi. Get-well cards were sent to Mario Devito, Lil Douglas, Tina Rocthio, Frances Oliver and Rose Barbara. A sympathy card was sent to Joyce Dobbs.

Thelma Bronson received the free dinner. Wanda Perrone and Norma Yoho won the 50/50 drawing. Norma Yoho, Jim Oiler, Bob Anderson, Lester Yoho, Ann Whitehead, Joann Magnone, John Prebeg won door prizes.

Following the closing prayer, the meeting was adjourned. Members enjoyed cards and bingo after the meeting.

The next meeting will be held Feb. 20.
