Charity Hospice spring fundraiser detailed

Charity Hospice has begun plans for its annual spaghetti and meatball spring fundraiser dinner, which will be held April 21 from noon to 5 p.m. at Blessed Sacrament’s Sargus Hall in Wintersville. Cost is by donation for the dinner that will include spaghetti and meatballs, salad, green beans, bread, beverages and homemade desserts. Charity Hospice, in cooperation with Bell Chapel United Methodist Church located on state Route 213, Steubenville, will donate 50 percent of event proceeds to the David Pawelczyk Medical Fund. Pawelczyk is a 3-year-old Steubenville resident diagnosed with brain cancer. The fundraiser also will include door prizes, a Chinese auction, a drawing for a flat screen television and entertainment provided by the musical group Divertimento & Paisano.
