UFOs subject of free class

The subject of unidentified flying objects is one that has fascinated people for a long time, but most of what the public knows about UFOs is from the movies, according to Fred Saluga of Weirton, who will be conducting a free 10-session class on that very topic.

“Learn the truth from research that has been conducted from the last 50 years to gain a better understanding of the UFO phenomena,” says Saluga, whose class at Eastern Gateway Community College will be held on Mondays from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. beginning March 18 and continuing through May 20.

Topics will include UFO occurrences, investigations, alien abductions, Bigfoot, mutilations, and many more, according to Saluga, who serves as the West Virginia state director for MUFON, an acronym for the Mutual UFO Network, which was founded in 1969 and is a nonprofit corporation dedicated through its volunteers to resolving scientific enigma known collectively as UFOs.
