I look forward to printing your organization’s community news.
Any nonprofit organization or service club holding an event or fundraiser or reporting meetings, special events or promotions and honors may send in a release on the event, including time, date and venue, and contact person and ticket cost, if applicable. Include a daytime phone number at which you can be reached if I have questions about your release.
Your release will be edited for style, content and length. We reserve the right to refuse publication.
Releases may be sent via U.S. Postal Service to Summer Wallace-Minger, 401 Herald Square, Steubenville, OH 43952; via email to firstname.lastname@example.org; or by fax to (740) 284-7355.
Don’t send document attachments or flyers by email. All text should be in the body of the email, including your announcement.
Professionally processed photos may be sent by USPS; we don’t accept photos printed on home computer printers. We are not responsible for the return of print photographs. Digital photos may be sent as an email attachment in a .jpg, .jpeg or .tif format. Only large-sized photo files will be accepted; we don’t accept photos embedded in documents. Photos may not be sent by fax. We don’t accept photos that require a photo credit.
Releases and photos will be printed once on a first-come, first-served basis as space becomes available. Date of publication, repeated publication or placement are not guaranteed.
