Market starts Monday

WEIRTON – The Weirton Farmers Market will open at 3 p.m. Monday in the Goodwill parking lot, located at 306-308 Penco Road, across from the Shop’n Save plaza.

The market will be available each Monday through October.

Vendors provide locally grown and baked goods. Produce is picked fresh – often on Monday morning just before the market opens. All goods are produced within 50 miles of Weirton. As an added bonus, many of our vendors accept senior and Women, Infants and Children vouchers.

The West Virginia University Extension Service has offices in all 55 counties.
