WMC Auxiliary holds meeting
WEIRTON – The Weirton Medical Center Auxiliary board meeting was held Sept. 17 in the Starvaggi Boardroom.
President Sondra Weigel called the meeting to order at 9:30 am.
The 17 attending members recited the Auxiliary Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
Recording Secretary Elda Weekley read the August meeting minutes, which were approved as read. Treasurer Paula Billick gave her report.
Administrative Liaison Barbara Coalter, reported the new “All About Women” health center will open soon.
Auxiliary chairs made the following reports: Phil Troia, clergy; Barbara Visnic, gift cart; Beth DiGregorio, gift shop and surgical desk escorts; Barbara Cameron, information/surgical desk; Grace Lenhart, mail and historian; Paul Billick, payroll deductions; Vivian Weigel, gift shop committee; Dolores Krinock, membership; and Alma Wansack, Remembrance Fund.
Hospitality Chair Joan Hawrot announced the Christmas party will be held Dec. 10 in the medical center cafeteria.
