The 26th Shannon-Harris family reunion was held Aug. 4 at the Bergholz Fire Hall with 85 attending.
Terry Shannon gave the prayer before the luncheon. Shelda Shannon won the door prize made by Amy Shannon.
Prizes were given to the oldest attending member, Elmer Shannon, who celebrated his 94th birthday on Sept. 19. The youngest was Marley Stefan, 1-month-old daughter of John Homol. Receiving a $25 gas card for traveling the farthest was Lisa DeWeese Kata from Bristolville, Ohio.
A special drawing was held to fund an inflatable for the children. Alan Hearn of Warren was the winner. Ken DeWeese sold the wining tickets and also sold the most. He was presented $25 each for his efforts.
The 50-50 drawing conducted by Roger Blackburn was won by Ted Shannon.
A Chinese auction was conducted by Dean Gray and Ernie Shannon, who also assisted with a live and final auction conducted by Ty Kata.
Amy Shannon and Kelly Williamson conducted games for the children with prizes awarded.
The next reunion will be held Aug. 3 at the Bergholz Fire Hall.
