STEUBENVILLE COUNTRY CLUB WOMEN’S GOLF ASSOCIATION

The Chili Open, a four-woman scramble sponsored by the Steubenville Country Club Women’s Golf Association, was held Oct. 16 with Paula Hope and Marilyn Kenny as co-chairmen. Golfers from several area clubs participated in the tournament.

The day began with breakfast pastries followed by a mini golf clinic conducted by golf professional John Denholm who outlined the rules for the tournament. The 18-hole scramble was flighted, and it featured proximity prizes and a skins game.
