Buckeye Local Homecoming court

Buckeye Local High School is observing Homecoming Week with a variety of activities, including Team B.L.U.E., an acronym for Buckeye Local Unites Everyone, hosting a parade on Thursday at 6 p.m. with the route extending from South Elementary in Tiltonsville to World War II Memorial Stadium in Yorkville. The Homecoming king will be crowned during the Homecoming Olympics that Friday with the queen announced at half-time of the game against John Marshall. The BLHS Homecoming Court includes, seated, from left, Jordyn Spencer, Kaelee Anderson, Patty Faulkner, Kalynn Duke-Holland and Jayme Chittenden; second row, Nathan Hesske, Cameryn Case, Rachel Moore, Morgan Donley and Gage Kornetti; and back, Jared Cain, Shane Christian, Zac Reed, Ethan Boroski, Noah Harvey and Stevie Roberts.
