Tyler Weber, Lisbon, pleaded no contest to public intoxication and was found guilty. Fined $50 and assessed court costs. Charge of indecent exposure dismissed at prosecutor’s request.

Sandra Dodd, New Cumberland, pleaded guilty to battery. Fined $100 and assessed court costs.

Nov. 13

Craig Gorman, Utica, Ohio, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Sentence of 90 days in jail converted to 90 days’ home confinement with GPS monitoring. Assessed court costs and home confinement fees. Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (with injury). Sentenced to one year in jail, to run consecutive with other charge. Fined $200 and assessed court costs. Charge of reckless driving dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor’s request.

Lisa Paris, Weirton, charged with driving under the influence (aggravated), defendant pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months’ unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Citations for speeding, seat belt violation, failure to change West Virginia address on driver’s license, and driving-on-roadway-laned-for-traffic violation dismissed at prosecutor’s request.

Lewis Akers, Chester, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months’ unsupervised probation. Fined $250 and assessed court costs. Charge of driving on a suspended license (DUI) dismissed at prosecutor’s request.

Lyndsee Wharton, Wheeling, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Fined $500 and assessed court costs.

Joelle Rice, New Castle, Pa., charge of driving under the influence dismissed and refiled as reckless operation, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Fined $500 and assessed court costs.

Christopher Allison, Newell, defendant waived preliminary hearing on two counts of domestic battery (third offense). Cased removed to Hancock County Circuit Court.
