Carl Fowler, East Liverpool, charged with driving under the influence (aggravated), defendant pleaded guilty to lesser-included charge of DUI (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months’ unsupervised probation with $5-a-month probation fee. Fined $400 and assessed court costs.

Carlos Cardona, Steubenville, charged with driving under the influence (aggravated), defendant pleaded guilty to lesser-included charge of DUI (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months’ unsupervised probation $5-a-month probation fee. Fined $400 and assessed court costs.

Joseph Green, Weirton, charged with driving on a suspended license (DUI), defendant pleaded guilty to lesser-included charge of driving on a suspended license (administrative). Fined $400 and assessed court costs.

Mary Sampson, East Liverpool, charge of permitting DUI dismissed upon successful completion of diversion program and payment of all court costs.

Edward Nemeth, Weirton, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and was found guilty. Sentenced to 12 hours in jail, with credit for 12 hours served. Fined $100 and assessed court costs. Charges of driving on roadway laned for traffic, failure to change address and no insurance dismissed at prosecutor’s request.

Kendell Williams, Weirton, charge of battery dismissed at prosecutor’s request.
