Joseph Spurrier, Weirton, charges of making threats of terrorist acts, escape, leaving the scene, registration violation, no proof of insurance, obstructing an officer, driving under suspension (administrative), failure to report an accident, and making harassing phone calls transferred to Hancock County Circuit Court, March 5.
