Patrick O’Neil, Chester, charge of petit larceny dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor’s request. Restitution made in full, March 11.

Meika Boyer, New Martinsville, charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed with prejudice upon successful completion of six months’ unsupervised probation. No violations noted. Costs paid in full, March 11.

David Boyer, Weirton, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. Fined $500 and assessed court costs. Charges driving under the influence, driving on roadway laned for traffic and speeding dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor’s request, March 12.

Robert Biacco, Steubenville, charged with driving under the influence (aggravated), defendant pleaded guilty to lesser-included offense of DUI (non-aggravated). Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on seven months’ unsupervised probation with fee. Fined $400 and assessed court costs. Charges of driving on roadway laned for traffic and seat belt violation dismissed with prejudice at prosecutor’s request, March 12.

Mallory Wolanski, Burgettstown, Pa., charged with driving under the influence (aggravated), defendant pleaded no contest to DUI (non-aggravated) and was found guilty. Sentence of 30 days in jail suspended. Placed on six months’ unsupervised probation with fee. Fined $500 and assessed court costs, March 12.

Kimberly Rock, New Cumberland, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, defendant waived preliminary hearing. Case removed to Hancock County Circuit Court, March 14.

David Campbell Jr., Chester, charged with domestic battery (third offense), grand larceny and aggravated robbery, defendant waived preliminary hearing. Cases removed to Circuit Court, March 14.

Roger Haney Jr., Newell, charge of grand larceny dismissed and refiled as unlawful taking of a vehicle, to which defendant pleaded guilty. Sentence of six months in jail suspended. Placed on one year unsupervised probation. Assessed court costs, March 14.

Scott Nale, Weirton, two counts of failure to register as a sex offender dismissed at prosecutor’s request. (Defendant’s probation revoked by U.S. Attorney’s Office in Wheeling for failure to update his sex offender registration. Sentenced to 45 days in prison.) March 14

Kipp Cawthorn, Wintersville, charged with receiving/transferring stolen goods (two counts) and person prohibited from possessing a firearm (two counts), defendant waived preliminary hearing. Cases removed to Circuit Court, March 14.
