Charged: Allison B. Manning, 28, Blacklick, bench warrant out of municipal court, Saturday.

Arrested: John E. Reed, 48, 211 Pattison Ave., Mingo Junction, operating vehicle under the influence, driving with suspended license and failure to signal turn, Saturday.

Cited: Catherine M. Magazzeni, 69, 211 Pattison Ave., Mingo Junction, wrongful entrustment; Henry Burton, 35, Steubenville, driving with suspended license and expired plates; and Diedre M. Thomas, no age listed, 716 Rosswell Ave., driving with suspended license.

Arrested: Alicia J. Morley, 21, 3261 Portland Ave., bench warrant out of municipal court, Saturday.

Arrested: Daniel Swick, 37, 1009 Biltmore Ave., Toronto, failure to signal turn and possession of drug paraphernalia, Sunday.

Shots fired: Report of shots fired at 1:34 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Maryland Avenue. Officers reported searching the area and not finding any evidence of shots fired.

Jefferson County sheriff

Arrested: Charla M. Mitchell, 33, 485 township Road 285A, Toronto, domestic violence and endangering children, Sunday.

Arrested: Robert C. Koch III, 34, 3348 state Route 213, Steubenville, domestic violence, Sunday.

Break-ins: Two boathouses broken into at the Rayland marina and TV and laptop computer reported taken, Friday.

Break-in: Mobile home in the 1500 block of state Route 43, Richmond, broken into between Sept. 14 and Sunday and two TVs, propane grill, stove, refrigerator, furnace, hot water tank and washer and dryer among items reported taken.
