Theft: Two bikes chained to a fence in the 100 block of North Sixth Street were reported stolen, Friday.

Wiley, 26, 8392 township Road 263, Bergholz, failure to yield; Derek Smith, 52, 1616 Moreland Drive, driving with suspended license and failure to signal turn; Elijah J. Foust, 41, 107 Lincoln Ave., Mingo Junction, driving with suspended license and stop sign; Richard E. Glasure, 65, 468 Dresden Ave., speeding; and Kenneth J. Karoba, speeding.

Arrested: Demarcus Monford, 22, 1624 Pershing Ave., warrant charging criminal trespass, Friday.

Arrested: Deanna K. Martin, 35, 732 N. Sixth St., bench warrant out of municipal court and possession of hypodermic needle, Friday.

Arrested: Shawn Purvis, 32, Lucedale, Miss., possession of hypodermic needle, improper handling of firearm in motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, driving with suspended license and open container, Friday.

Vandalism: Vehicle window shattered in parking lot in the 500 block of Washington Street, Saturday.

Vandalism: House window broken with small table, which was located outside, in the 600 block of Grandview Avenue, Saturday.

Break-in: House in the 300 block of Hill Avenue broken into and three TVs and two PlayStations taken, Saturday.
