The Weirton Area Museum and Cultural Center hosted approximately 25 area youth Wednesday, providing a variety of activities in observance of West Virginia Day. Children were able to work on coloring pages, take part in a scavenger hunt in the museum, see a magic show by the “Amazing” Nick Gallias, listen to music performed by Diane Bannister and sing “Happy Birthday” to West Virginia before having cake. — Craig Howell
