CUSICK, James F., 72, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend died on April 24, 2013 in Windermere, Florida.
Jim was born in Steubenville, Ohio on November 8, 1940, the son of James P. and Martha Cusick.
He attended The Ohio State University for a year before going into the State Highway Patrol Police Academy, dedicating his professional life to civil service at the Ohio State Highway Patrol for over 30 years.
As Jim went up through the ranks of the Ohio State Patrol, he traveled and worked throughout Ohio – the patrol posts Jim worked at were in Steubenville, Warren, Hiram, Lisbon, Marietta, Athens, and retired as a Captain in Jackson.
Jim is survived by his wife of 47 years, Eileen George Cusick from East Liverpool, Ohio, along with his children and their families, Christine (45) and Pete Moore, Colleen (44), Andy and Loren (4) Williams, Darrick (42) Cusick and Craig (34) and Sandi Cusick.
Jim will be remembered in a private family gathering in a few weeks.
