MUDRON, Robert Thomas, 79, of Toronto, OH, succumbed Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at the Laurels of Steubenville, after a long illness.
He was born in Toronto, OH, on May 13, 1934, son of the late Michael and Elizabeth (Rock) Mudron.
Robert (Moody) was a member of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Toronto, OH. He was also a member of Toronto American Legion Post 86, and a U.S. Army veteran. Robert was a graduate of Toronto High School class of 1953. He was an avid sports enthusiast, and former highly recognized Ohio Valley athlete and “prep” sports standout.
In addition to his parents Robert was preceded in death by his first wife, Marilyn (Hackett) Mudron; sisters, Anna Burns, Mary Bauer, Helen Welday, Barbara Mudron; and brother, Michael Mudron, Jr.
Survivors include wife, Anita (Bergeron) Mudron; son, Marcus Mudron (51); three grandchildren, Michael (23), Zane (17), and Haley (13) all of Riverside, CA; his three sisters, Betty Pope, Madge DeJulio, and Marge Kane all of Toronto, OH, and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no services according to Robert’s wishes. Arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
