PAULIN, Gerald A., 86, of Burgettstown, died Wednesday, July 17, 2013, in his home.

He was born April 3, 1927, in Weirton, WV, a son of the late Abel and Louise Guymard Paulin.

Prior to retirement, Mr, Paulin was em-ployed by Weirton Steel Corp. He was a U.S. Navy veteran during World War II.

He was a member of the Paris Sportsmen’s Club, a founding member of the Hanover Volunteer Fire Dept., served as a Hanover Twp. Supervisor and Police, and the Weirton Radio Watch. Mr. Paulin enjoyed hunting, golfing and wood carving.

Deceased is his wife, Janet K. Paulin, who died June 23, 2012.

Surviving are his son, Randall (Carol) Paulin of Paris; daughters, Lynn (Jim) Boling of Paris, and Dawn (Chris) Kramer of Bavington; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. Monday, July 22, 2013 in the Taucher Funeral Home, 23 Erie Mine Road, Burgettstown.
