Robert Theodore ‘Bob’ Wolfgang

WOLFGANG, Robert Theodore “Bob,” 62, of Follansbee, WV, passed away on Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, at home.

He was born on Dec. 28, 1950, in Wilkinsburg, PA, a son of the late Robert J. and Ann (Mycyk) Wolfgang.

Bob graduated in 1968 from Westinghouse Memorial High School with his diploma and a graphics art degree from Forbes-Trail in Monroeville, PA.

He was a nine-year veteran of the Air National Guard during Vietnam.

Bob was the former owner and operator of Wolfgang Printing in Follansbee, WV.

He was employed by Barkhurst Construction as an ironworker.

As a man of many talents, Bob enjoyed life and spent a great deal of time at fairs and festivals selling funnel cakes. He traveled to many swap meets trading and selling motorcycle parts.

Bob is survived by his three children, Juliette (Christopher) Tyree, Clute, TX, Robert “Kicky” (Kellie) Wolfgang, Lake Jackson, TX, and Megan Wolfgang, Follansbee, WV; a brother, Russell (Karen) Wolfgang, PA; five grandchildren, Anna Tyree, Jaden Tyree, Lukas Tyree, Hayden Wolfgang, and Zaylee Wolfgang; the mother of his children and former wife, Judy Wolfgang, Follansbee, WV.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 17th from 4 p.m. until time of services at 7 p.m. at the Mullenbach Funeral Home, 669 Main St., Follansbee, WV with Pastor Tim Colvin, officiating.

Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mullenbach Funeral Home to help with Bob’s funeral expenses.
