It’s with deep sadness that we share the news of Florence Boger’s passing.
Floie was a long-time member of St. Peter’s Parish and Catholic Women’s Club. She also served as both local and state Regent for Daughters of Isabella – Joan of Arc Circle. She successfully owned and operated H.B. Enterprise in Mansfield, a full service vacuum cleaner and sewing machine business that she started with her husband, Harvey.
Floie’s life was filled with passion for what she believed in and for who she loved. She was always up for an adventure and through her generous, kind spirit showed us every day how to live and love with purpose. Golly nids, land of chevitz, for pity ever, Floie. We will miss you.
Floie is survived by her two daughters, Kathy Boger and Debra Boger; by her granddaughter, Michelle Boger (Kyle Haines, who she always considered her grandson); and by her sister, Joan Koontz (Phil). Floie was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey; sister, Elizabeth Steitz (Alden); brother, Fred Fenske (Juanita); brother, John Fenske; mother, Sarah Fenske; and father, John Fenske.
