WALLACE, William J. M. ‘Bill,” 68, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014, in the Laurels of Steubenville, OH.
Bill was born May 26, 1945, in East Liverpool, OH, son of the late Lawrence and Edith McVeigh Wallace.
He was a member of the N. River Ave. Christian Church in Toronto and he was formerly employed at the Toronto Paper Mill. Bill loved to hunt and was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Wallace, 2011; his son, Brian C. ‘Sam’ Wallace, 2008; his son-in-law, Charlie Ward, 2012; brother, Clyde; and four infant brothers.
Bill leaves behind his children, sons Mark Wallace (Cindy Green), and Pete Wallace, all of Columbus, OH; daughters, Tresa Lyn Ward, and Lisa McFadden, both of Toronto; his eight grandchildren, Markolyn Wallace of Toronto, Zachary Wallace of CA, Charlyn Ward (Luke Martaus) of Toronto, Mackenzie and Madison Wallace of Columbus, Mackenna, Haylee and Ryan Jacob McFadden of Toronto; three great-grandchildren; his brother, Larry Wallace (Linda Miller) of Toronto; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Bill will be held on Sunday, April 6, from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH, where his funeral service will be held Monday, April 7 at 11 a.m. Pastor Luke Hightshue will officiate and his burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
