6 Days ^_^
March 19, 2009 - Print to web Print to Web
Almost 10 dollars a day I use up. Not counting food, or drinks or anything like that. When I buy a video game at around 65 dollars a pop if brand new, I found that I usually always ALWAYS beat the game within 6 days. No matter how long, how short, It always seems to be ready to be replayed on the 7th day of owning. Resident Evil 5 (great game, well worth it) was the latest to succumb to this ongoing trait. I'm not saying that I don't mind, I just wonder how I did it this time. Usually I'd stay home all weekend and tear it up with some pizza and 2 liters. But last weekend was different, I didn't even open it up until late Saturday night at around 12-12:30. Sunday, I slept a good while, tired from the previous days travel. And I still managed to put in 17 hours of gameplay. While still going out on St. Patty's day for the Pens game. O well... still plenty of other things to accomplish in the game, and plenty of virus to kill until June 16th....WHO YA GONNA CALL!?
Speaking of the Guins. HOW ABOUT THAT! a 6-2 schilacking of the Atlanta Thrashers gives them 14 wins out of the past 22 (including former Coach Mike Therrien) and puts them tied for 4th in the playoff race. This team was horrible in January, hanging around 10th place, looking forward to the warm weather and relaxation. Now, they are ready to roll thru the East again, and bring the cup back to da 'Burgh. Who needs the Steelers, when you've got the GUINS!
Let's go bucs 'n 'at too.
I know, I got a little carried away with the pics
