Library announces upcoming activities
It’s time to register for Tot Time that will be held at the Brilliant, Tiltonsville, Dillonvale-Mount Pleasant and Schiappa branches of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County. Tot Time is for caregiver and child 2-3 years old. The interactive program offers stories, finger plays, singing and one-on-one time for parents and children.
