Maybe government should clean their house before telling people to clean up kids toys in the yard. Government gone wild. Start watching how government acts when this case goes to court.

As alicia1991 says, this is a complete waste of community resources.

What is the crime rate these days? DUI? the nasty pills and ****** etc that is on the streets.

Anyome in Chester with a warrant that you just can't seem to find?

How a bout asking Cheneys why their diesel prices are the highest in the area.

This could be time used more constructively then telling someone to clean-up their yard in Chester WV of all places, WHAT do you think we live in the prestigeous south hills UPPER St. Clair part of Pittsburgh. Next you people will introduce a homeowners association with more rules and a fee attached! get lost, we need real citizens in public offices
