Goodbye Mr. Sims and take the track with you when you leave or shut it down. Wheeling Island was once a very fun venue for people to visit however the drive to*****money out of the patron’s pockets by Wheeling Island and the State of WV via lowering the payouts on the machines drove your players to the Meadows and the Rivers Casino’s where they are treated much better and payouts are definitely better. Both places are laughing all the way to the bank on your former customers business. One thing you money grubbing leaches will never understand people will gamble where they win or at least the payouts are fair, they see people winning and they at least think they have a chance to win. Slot payouts in WV are pitiful at best; you casino managers of both properties in the Northern Panhandle have managed to drive your customers away from both Mountaineer and Wheeling Island. I have put $10.00 in machines in both places several times and never got a hit at all, how much fun can that be? I h
