"For the sake of security" is the new smoke and mirrors of this centralized organization to pass school levies in all the districts. Evaluation from 2006 by the U.S. Department of Justice questioned the reported success of CCTV systems, finding little evidence that they significantly reduce crime [source: Ratcliffe]. How many ways and times will you keep changing the parameters disingenuously to promote your agenda? What are the parents' rights against the school boards' real agenda? Once a levy has been defeated, school boards should not be allowed to bring it up again each year. Where is the accounting of 2.1 million? Who benefits? Who's getting the money from the interest? Who's profiting from selling the bond issue? What rate do they get? How much are the lawyers, organizers, engineers, architects, contractors, and whoever else connected to the project getting? What is the salary of the superintendent, the assistant superintendent, and 12 layers of bureaucracy?
