Your comments are bogus. I really don't know what you represent but we're not talking about smoking in open air space. Smoke, whether second or third hand causes serious health issues, just look at the AMA reports. You might be better off moving across the river and become PROTECTOH.

That is absolutely outrageous. For evidence, what is the estimated exposure time and amount over which one can be assured of a specific health hazard. The air in the region is causing more harm to people than 2nd hand smoke, so this is basically doing nothing for air quality and thus nothing for the general health of the people of the region. How crazy this whole thing is can be seen by the following question. How many golfers have died from second hand smoke while golfing or how many people have died because golfers smoke on a golf course? Vote out these crazy commissioners that allow this lunacy.

Your comments are not only laughable but illogical. If any idiot wants to smoke go for it. If you don't believe smoking kills (first, second or third hand) you probably shouldn't be making comments that are totally meaningless. You don't have a clue do you?

Tom, there are examples everywhere that smoking bans negatively impact businesses. Further, there is not one single shred of evidence that second hand smoke causes anything. Your statements are blatantly false and this whole thing is a scam and over reach of authority. Government needs to stay out of businesses until they govt themselves define smoking as hazardous and prohibit the sale of cigarettes. Until then its obviously a scam. Your claims that 2nd hand smoke are harmful are laughable when to date the government has not yet banned first hand smoke.
