NEW CUMBERLAND - Halloween trick-or-treat for the unincorporated areas in Hancock County is slated for Oct. 31, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Sheriff Mike White asks that anyone who intends to give out treats to turn on their porch lights.
White also asks that all drivers be extra careful on Halloween night and watch out for children.
