Bentley — Daugherty
TORONTO — Ashley Lee Bentley and Richard Gene Daugherty were united in marriage Oct. 4, 2008, in Bell Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jeff Proya officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Ron Bentley of Toronto and the late Wanda Bentley.
The groom is the son of Russ and Debbie Daugherty, also of Toronto.
Escorted to the altar by her father Ron Bentley and her uncle Richard Bentley Sr., the bride chose a strapless princess gown.
Shelli Witty and Shauna Bentley, cousin of the bride, served as maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Nikki Zahniser and Autumn Sacripanti, cousins of the groom; Stephanie Bentley, cousin of the bride; and Amy Zeigler, Jessica Larosa and Kristina Gilbert.
Chad Daugherty was his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Corey Zahniser, Jesse Westfall and Jordan Banks, cousins of the groom; Rich Bentley Jr., cousin of the bride; Doug Lucsko; Shane Chambers; Billy Williams and Jason Webster.
Chelsie Lee Daugherty, daughter of the bride and groom, was flower girl, and Tyler Scaripanti, cousin of the groom, was ring bearer.
A reception was held at the Toronto American Legion.
The bride is a graduate of Toronto High School and is employed by Dr. Nicholas Mastros and Dr. Paul DiBiase of Steubenville.
The groom also is a graduate of Toronto High School and is employed at the Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Wintersville.
The couple reside in Toronto.
