STEUBENVILLE — James and Rosalie Luckino of Weirton announce the engagement of their son, Samuel Luckino, to Anna Babel, daughter of the late Richard Morris of Steubenville.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Steubenville High School. She is employed as a health care worker at the Laurels of Steubenville.
Her fiance is a graduate of Brooke High School. He is a member of Teamsters Local 341 in Pennsylvania.
The couple plan to marry Oct. 16 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
