The Three Score Senior Club met at Undo's Jan. 28 for their monthly dinner meeting.
President Frances "Cookie"?Veltri presided. The invocation was given by Josie Elliot, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and the group singing "God Bless America."?
Program Chairman Barbara Puicks introduced Stone Street Station, which includes four guitarists and a drummer. Their selections included "Your Cheatin' Heart,"?"Folsom Prison," "Don't Rock the Juke Box,"?"White Sportcoat and Pink Carnation,"?"Silver Tears on the Pillow,"?"It's Not Love, But It's Not Bad"?and concluded with a polka.
Reports were given by Secretary Patricia Deletka and Treasurer Sondra Weigel. Membership Chairman Elliot announced a total of 222 members. Reservation Chairman Vivian Weigel announced 107 members and two guests, Dick Bailey and Barbara Howell, attended.
Regina Truax announced three day trips are planned. On June 9, the Station Dinner Theatre in Erie, Pa. will present "Caught in the Net," with a dinner matinee at noon. The cost is $65 and includes dinner, show and a tip. On Aug. 11, the group will take a trip to the Mountain Playhouse in Jennertown, Pa. for a noon dinner and show. The cost is $65 and includes dinner, the show, transportation and a tip. On Sept. 15, the group will attend a dinner theater showing of "First Kisses" at the Riverside Inn Dinner Theatre in Cambridge Springs, Pa. The cost is $65. Birthdays were celebrated by Helen Morris, Ruth Fox and Jean Gryskevich. George and Virginia Kucan celebrated their 62nd anniversary and George and Sondra Weigel celebrated their 51st anniversary.
Hospitality Chair Jim Hare awarded prizes to Katie Rosohac, Nancy Smurda, Irene Troia, Virginia Weigel and Ernest Andrews.
Three gift cards were awarded to George Weigel, Winnie Kemp and Raymond Fox. Jack Cummings awarded the 50/25/25 drawing to Mary Tyson and Chuck Elliot.
Social Chair Geno Cercone invited those attending to stay for bingo and fellowship.
