FOLLANSBEE - Kim Christin Honselmann of Reinfeld, Germany, and Adam James Haught of Follansbee were united in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 26 at Community Christian Church in Beech Bottom with the Rev. Timothy Colvin officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Gerhard and Ulrike Honselmann of Reinfeld. The groom is the son of Dan and Janie Haught of Follansbee.
Mirjam Heimhalt of Neritz served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Alexis Haught of Follansbee, sister of the groom; Dawn Haught of Weirton, sister-in-law of the groom; and Kim-Eva Linhoff of Meschede, Anke Bludau of Reinfeld and Maria Guenon of Neustadt.
Chad Haught of Weirton, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen included Dennis Honselmann and Garrit Honselmann of Reinfeld, brothers of the bride; Andrew Mazzella, cousin of the groom; Tom McGowan of Wellsburg; and Brian Morgan of Follansbee.
Isabella Haught of Weirton, cousin of the groom, was flower girl, and Ryan Haught of Weirton, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.
A reception was held at St. Francis Centre, and the couple honeymooned at Oglebay Park Resort and Prague, Czech Republic.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Theodor-Mommsen-School in Bad Oldesloe, Germany, and is a medical student at the University of Luebeck in Luebeck, Germany.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Brooke High School, a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University and is a graduate student at Hamburg University in Hamburg, Germany.
The couple reside in Luebeck, Germany.
