Cited: Andrew E. Smith, 43, Burgettstown, speeding.
Theft: Two jewelry boxes were taken from a home on Genteel Ridge in Wellsburg. A hole was cut in a rear screen door, which is believed to have been the entry point. The theft was reported Friday.
