RICHMOND - Francis "Buzz" and Shirley Elliott of Richmond celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a surprise party on Oct. 16 hosted by their family.
They were married Oct. 14, 1960, in Winchester, Va.
He is the son of the late Charles and Helen Elliott. He is employed at Anthony Mining.
