WESTERVILLE - Joe and Patty Schmitt Dittmar of Westerville were married on Dec. 5, 1970, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Mingo Junction.
They have three children: Leslie Heilman, Joe Jr. and Philip. There are five grandchildren.
They celebrated by taking an extended tour of Italy with friends.
