First Choice America Credit Union presented a donation to Steubenville’s Grand Theater Restoration Project recently. At the presentation of the check were, from left, Scott E. Winwood, First Choice America president and chief executive officer; Scott Dressel, Grand Theater Restoration Board of Directors president; and Tim McCoy, Grand Theater Board of Directors member, WTOV-TV vice president and general manager. Plans call for the transformation of the theater into the Grand Event Center and Performing Arts and History Museum to be completed in 11 phases. The theater was built in the 1920s. -- Contributed
