FOLLANSBEE - Amy L. Harvilla and Christopher A. Rocini were united in marriage on July 31 at St. Paul Cathedral where the Rev. Louis F. Vallone officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Janet and Dennis Harvilla of Hopewell, and the groom is the son of Sharon and Tony Rocini of Follansbee.
The bride wore a gown featuring tiers of pleated tulle and beading and carried a bouquet of orchids and stephanotis.
The matron of honor was Amanda Leslie. Bridesmaids were Christina Francica, Selena Kantar, Wendy MacInnis, Julie Rodgers and Marci Vogelberger, all friends of the bride, and Lauren Pearson, sister of the groom.
The flower girl was Sophia Pearson, niece of the groom.
The best man was Clifford Sachini. Groomsmen were Christopher Jack, Brian Orsini, Peter Parikakis and Jayson Welling, friends of the groom; Joshua Pearson, brother-in-law of the groom; and Jason Harvilla, brother of the bride. The ring bearer was Nicholas Miller, cousin of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Bethany College and is employed by Allegheny Valley School. The groom is a graduate of Waynesburg University and is a teacher at Burgettstown Area School District.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Twentieth Century Club in Oakland.
The couple honeymooned in Jamaica and reside in Kennedy Township.
