WINTERSVILLE - Mr. and Mrs. James W. Oiler of Wintersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Crystal Anne, to Eric L. Conaway, son of Ronald Conaway of Bloomingdale and the late Charlotte Conaway.
The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a 2003 graduate of the Veterinary Institute with a degree in veterinary technologies. She is employed by Jefferson County.
Her fiance is a 1993 graduate of Wintersville High School. He is employed by Titanium Metals Corp. in Toronto.
