TORONTO - Lori Miller and William Powers II of Toronto announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lewis and Evelyn Owen of Follansbee and the late Linda Belli. She is a graduate of Steubenville High School and Jefferson Community College. She is employed at Family Medical Care in Weirton.
Her fiance is the son of William and Julie Powers of Mingo Junction. He is a graduate of Buckeye Local High School and Jefferson Community College. He also served in the Army. He is employed by TIMET in Toronto and operates Powers Martial Arts in Wintersville.
