WEIRTON - Barbara Carmichael of Weirton and William Carmichael of Toronto announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Ann, to James Michael Conrad Jr., son of James and Patricia Conrad.
The bride-to-be graduated from Jefferson Community College in 2008 and is employed at WTOV-TV in Steubenville as a web/sales coordinator.
Her fiance' is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and is employed at Jefferson Behavioral Health Services as a case manager.
