RETIRING: Stephen Fineman, CLU, CHFC, LUTCF and a representative with the Prudential Insurance Co. of America's Cleveland Agency, recently retired after 32 years of service.
Fineman provided insurance and financial services to customers in Mid-America Territory since joining Prudential in 1979.
Taking over the office, located at 517 Broadway, Suite 204, East Liverpool, is Nikolas Kamarados, a certified financial planner. Fineman will stay on as a marketing assistant in the East Liverpool office to provide continuing service to the clientele.

APPOINTED: Bethany College alumna Ashley Kanotz has been appointed director of alumni and parent relations.
Kanotz graduated magna cum laude from Bethany in 2006 with a degree in history. She earned her master's degree in 19th century American history from Duquesne University in 2008. She has worked with the Heinz History Center's Meadowcroft Rockshelter and Historic Village and the Washington County Historical Society.
As a student at Bethany, Kanotz was involved in academic and student life programs, giving her an extensive understanding of campus concerns. She was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, serving as philanthropy chair and vice president.
