STEUBENVILLE - David and Deborah Cook of Steubenville announce the engagement of their daughter, Deidre Maureen, to Joshua Steven Buffo of Steubenville.
The bride-to-be graduated from West Liberty University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is employed with the Jefferson County Department of Job and Family Services - Children Services Division.
Her fiance is the son of John and Tina Buffo of Weirton. He graduated from WLU in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in business. He is employed with AT&T.
