WINTERSVILLE - Mr. and Mrs. John Marini of Wintersville announce the engagement of their daughter, Tina Nicole, to Cody Aaron Neilly, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Neilly of Bloomingdale.
The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Indian Creek High School and a 2010 graduate of Eastern Gateway Community College with an associate of biological science degree and is attending Duquesne University.
Her fiance is a 2008 graduate of Indian Creek High School. He also is attending Duquesne University.
